Are you a recent graduate eager to break into the world of applied sport psychology and mental performance? Mind.Body.1. is hiring a Program Assistant to help our growing team stay organized, accountable, and empowered to change the game.
About the Role
- This part-time role (approx. 8 hours/week) is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and growth. You’ll work closely with our founder to help ensure our dynamic team follows through on:
- Assigned tasks and deliverables
- Training, professional development, and coursework
- Payment tracking and staff coordination
In addition to admin responsibilities, this role includes opportunities to coach/consult with clients and assist in training programs, paid at a separate, competitive rate based on your level of involvement and expertise.
This is a remote role, but South Florida-based candidates are preferred for occasional in-person collaboration.
- Who You Are
- A recent graduate (or nearing graduation) in Sport Psychology, Kinesiology, Counseling, Coaching, or related fields
- Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through and communication skills
- Eager to grow in the applied performance psychology space through real-world experience
- Excited by Mind.Body.1.’s innovative, science-backed, and creative approach to mental training
- Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom) or a fast learner
- Compensation and Benefits
- $20/hr | ~min. 8 hours (can vary) per week for program assistant responsibilities
