Direct Mail Strategist for Accredited Investor Campaign – Copywriting, Tracking & Optimization

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment fund seeking an experienced Direct Mail Strategist to create and manage a high-converting direct mail campaign targeting accredited investors. The primary goal is to book meetings with qualified investors for potential capital participation.

We're looking for someone who understands performance-driven direct response marketing — not just layout and printing. The right candidate will have experience working with high-net-worth individuals, and should be skilled in copywriting, targeting strategy, tracking, and testing.

Scope of Work:

Strategy

+ Advise on overall direct mail campaign architecture

+ Identify best mail formats for our audience (letter vs. postcard vs. multi-touch)

+ Recommend print/mailing vendors (U.S.-based preferred)

Copywriting

+ Write persuasive 1-page investor letters and/or high-impact postcard copy

+ Develop CTA language that drives calendar bookings

+ Adjust tone and message to suit high-net-worth audience

Targeting & Segmentation

+ Provide input on sourcing or refining an accredited investor list

+ Help identify ways to segment or personalize outreach

Tracking & Optimization

+ Set up campaign tracking (QR codes, custom URLs, PURLs, phone extensions)

+ Recommend A/B test ideas (envelope, headline, CTA, sender, etc.)

+ Analyze early results and suggest optimizations

Ideal Candidate:

+ Proven success with direct response mail campaigns

+ Experience targeting investors, financial professionals, or high-income buyers

+ Strong copywriting skills (portfolio required)

+ Familiarity with mail tracking tools and platforms

+ Bonus: Experience with real estate syndications, funds, or financial services
