Role Overview
We're hiring a Business Development Representative (1099 contractor) to accelerate our expansion in the U.S. market. This role is remote and commission-only to start with, but offers one of the most rewarding commission structures in the industry—including accelerators for high-value and recurring deals.
You’ll be selling a globally differentiated, enterprise-grade platform in a booming HR tech category—giving you a unique edge to stand out and close faster.
- What You’ll Do
- Identify and qualify leads in HR tech, talent acquisition, and enterprise recruitment
- Own the entire sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing (in partnership with the founder)
- Engage with VP-/Director-level decision-makers in HR, TA, and procurement
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and GTM strategies
- Maintain lead hygiene, track pipeline progress, and forecast accurately
- Share prospect feedback to drive product evolution and sharpen positioning Sales Enablement You’ll Receive

- Proven track record in SaaS or enterprise B2B sales
- Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills
- Experience managing the full sales cycle
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Preferred:
- Experience in HR tech, recruitment SaaS, or AI/ML platforms
- Familiarity with enterprise HR buyers and procurement processes
- Prior success in commission-only or 1099 roles
