Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) to join our team as a Telehealth Counselor. In this fully remote role, you will provide high-quality outpatient mental and behavioral health services to clients aged 6 and older. We welcome Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT) who are passionate about making a difference through telehealth therapy.

- Proficient in conducting virtual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building therapeutic relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a remote team
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
- Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and/or family therapy sessions using telehealth platforms
- Evaluate clients’ mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans
- Build strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional boundaries
- Complete treatment plans and documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources for comprehensive client support
- Stay informed on industry best practices and participate in relevant training
- Complete licensing and credentialing paperwork within 30-45 days of accepting the role
- Follow all legal and ethical guidelines to ensure confidentiality and care standards
- Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Louisiana
- Experience working with diverse client populations, including children and adolescents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team
- Education Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
- Education Requirements Credential Category
- LMHP licensure in the state of Louisiana
- Experience Requirements
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting
