  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs.
  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit our dealership.
  • Manage and follow up on customer leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to identify sales opportunities.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our inventory and promotions.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals.
    Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an automotive dealership or BDC.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other computer systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours
