Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2025-07-27

We are seeking a Full time or Part Time Primary Care Physician, telemedicine, in-person, or hybrid, to join our well-established practice in a highly desirable community in Southern California. The position offers an excellent opportunity to live and practice in the beautiful Southern California Temecula Wine Country, with only about an hour's drive to the beach or to ski mountains (Big Bear) in addition to gorgeous rolling hills and many hiking trails in the adjacent Cleveland National Forest. There is a plethora of fun cultural activities and lots of nature for the outdoor enthusiast who enjoys fresh air and amazing year-round smog-free weather.

It is easily one of the most desirable places to raise a family in Southern California, yet the cost of living here is among the lowest on the West Coast. There are many thriving large and small churches in this area and strong family values are preserved. In addition, there are excellent Christian private schools and a large community of local homeschooling families as well.

Our medical group is an outpatient only, non-obstetrics, Family Medicine practice with 3 locations and an affiliated urgent care. In addition, you can enjoy the opportunity to offer our patients state of the art in terms of traditional as well as evidence-based alternative therapies. Some of our providers are experts with years of experience in functional medicine, others in sports medicine with ultrasound guided injections and regenerative medicine, women's health, and anti-aging medicine. We use patient-facing intake software technology to reduce charting time, and our team of nursing staff offer excellent support to our provider in terms of minimizing inbox work. Our providers are able to achieve work-life balance and still provide outstanding care to our patients.

The patient demographic includes patients of all ages, and of all socioeconomic backgrounds. Our contracted payers include PPO, HMO, Medicare and Medicaid plans. If you enjoy teaching, you will have the optional opportunity to mentor NP, PA, and medical students and residents. One of your duties is to help the medical director in supervising and mentoring our team of excellent and compassionate mid-level providers (PAs and NPs).

In addition to a competitive salary, our full-time benefits include 401K with matching, malpractice coverage with tail, paid time off, health and dental insurance, and all licensing fees. We strive to achieve our company mission, which states, "We exist to joyfully and selflessly deliver quality, state of the art health care with compassion and integrity, with the goal of making a definitively positive difference in the lives of each patient we are given the privilege to serve, while creating an encouraging work environment that fosters personal and professional growth." Prayer and respectful, caring and permission-based sharing of the Gospel is highly encouraged and practiced daily here, though not required.
