Your Role:
- Represent clients in workers’ compensation proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
- Conduct legal research, draft petitions, and develop strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with a talented team of legal professionals.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- Experience in workers’ compensation law, including familiarity with PQME panels, AME exams, MPN searches, and hearings.
- Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional client service and achieving justice for injured workers.
Location: Offices across California, Remote or Onsite
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $225,000 + Bonuses & Benefits
