Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with booking travel services including hotels, flights, cruises, and all-inclusive packages
Research destination options and provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences
Create accurate quotes, manage reservations, and process travel documents
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the planning and travel process
Stay current on travel trends, supplier promotions, and industry tools
Use company-provided platforms to generate leads, manage bookings, and track client history
Uphold professionalism and quality service as a representative
Qualifications: Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required
