- What You’ll Be Driving as a Commercial Lending Assistant:
- WOW-Worthy Support- You will provide sales support to Commercial Bankers, help identify sales and cross sell opportunities, and ensure that your bankers are set up for success in any situation. You’ll prepare materials for presentations, set up sales calls and maintain organized and updated prospect lists.
- Process with Impact- You will demonstrate your processing genius by originating, processing and ensuring accuracy for loan documentation for closings, entering financial information into the loan system and diffusing blockers before they become a problem.
- Report with Purpose- Excel is your second language, and you can craft a report with little more than a nod from your banker. You’re consistently on top of maturing lines/ loans and have developed a failproof system of monitoring past due accounts. You also know that reporting is nothing without communication and you take pride in diligently following up on portfolio past dues.
- Deliver Borrower Service that keeps them coming back for more- You're a partner to our borrowers and guide them through the borrowing process with confidence and patience. You handle borrower requests for information and problem resolution efficiently, timely and always with a smile and that little extra effort that our borrowers love.

- Loan Process Savvy- You are experienced in all things commercial lending. You know the ins and outs of the loan process, have managed a loan portfolio before and are well versed in loan systems and ensuring accuracy in loan documentation.
