About the Role

I'm looking for a Zoho Campaigns and Digital Marketing Specialist to help design, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns for my SaaS platform, RegLogic—a compliance-focused tool for business professionals.

We’re kicking off with a 14-day trial onboarding sequence, but this role will expand to include lifecycle campaigns, outbound marketing, lead scoring, and email A/B testing.

If you understand how to use Zoho Campaigns + CRM to generate conversions and love building automations that drive revenue, this is for you.

Initial Project Scope

Build and launch a 10–email 14-day onboarding campaign in Zoho Campaigns

Implement workflow automations with behavior-based triggers

Integrate sign-up forms with Zoho CRM, configure custom fields, tags, and segmentation

Set up lead scoring and audience segments by activity, company size, or funnel stage

Test and optimize full trial-to-paid automation system

Ongoing Responsibilities (Post-Launch)

Build email nurture, re-engagement, and win-back sequences

Design and A/B test subject lines, CTAs, copy variations, and timing

Launch outbound sequences aligned with Predictable Revenue-style prospecting

Monitor campaign performance; recommend optimizations using Zoho dashboards

Collaborate on strategy for new product launches, newsletters, and sales support

✅ Requirements

Strong experience with Zoho Campaigns, Zoho CRM, and Workflow Automation

Proven background in B2B SaaS, lifecycle marketing, or trial conversion funnels

Ability to set up and manage multi-step journeys, segment lists, and trigger logic

Experience using lead scoring, dynamic content, and CRM integrations

Fluent in performance tracking, data-driven decisions, and CRM hygiene

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice)

Knowledge of Predictable Revenue frameworks or outbound email strategy

Light design skills (Canva, HTML email templates)

Familiarity with other Zoho tools: Forms, Landing Pages, Analytics, etc.

Strong copywriting or messaging instincts for email content
