- Accountabilities:
- Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives and M&A evaluations.
- Develop and refine financial models, business cases, and TAM/SAM/SOM estimations to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to define go-to-market strategies, customer profiles, and ecosystem mappings.
- Identify market trends and opportunities, delivering actionable insights that shape business growth and product innovation.
- Translate data into compelling strategic narratives, enabling executive decision-making and alignment.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and product commercialization.
- Act as a subject-matter resource across departments, facilitating communication and alignment around key strategic priorities.
- 8+ years of experience in business strategy, market analysis, or competitive intelligence, preferably in a tech-focused or scientific environment.
- Proven expertise in building market models, financial forecasting, and synthesizing data into strategic plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field is required; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with complex technology or science-based products (e.g., AI, quantum tech, life sciences).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence decisions.
- High adaptability, curiosity, and eagerness to learn new industries, technologies, and markets.
- Experience in fast-scaling startups or strategy roles supporting product growth is a plus.
- Knowledge of industries such as biopharma, cybersecurity, aerospace, or financial services is beneficial.
- Competitive base salary: $154,000 to $216,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
