Deliverability Specialist (Email, SMS, Phone)
We’re hiring a technical specialist to fix and optimize our message deliverability across email, SMS, and phone. If you understand why messages go to spam, how to fix SMS delivery issues, or how to prevent phone calls from being flagged, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure and Configuration
- Audit and resolve email deliverability issues (spam filtering, bounce rates)
- Set up and maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records
- Correct SMTP banner and DNS configuration issues
- Identify and resolve SMS deliverability problems, including 10DLC registration
- Improve call deliverability and flagging issues (e.g. “Scam Likely” tags)
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting
- Monitor sender reputation and performance metrics across platforms
- Investigate blocklists, domain/IP health, and phone number reputation
- Document all infrastructure changes and provide status updates
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with email/SMS/phone deliverability issues
- Strong technical understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SMTP, 10DLC, etc.
- Familiarity with platforms like Postmark, Mailgun, Twilio, MXToolbox
- Working knowledge of compliance frameworks (CAN-SPAM, TCPA)
- Clear communicator who can explain technical issues to non-technical teams

- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
- Background in outbound lead generation environments
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
