Role Description

    This role involves driving impactful initiatives within our DC Fulfillment Space through technology solutions. As a Supply Chain Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining and delivering a competitive product roadmap
  • Shaping the strategy and vision that drives the success of our supply chain operations
  • Influencing and enhancing the management of warehousing systems, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and LMS (Labor Management Systems)
    Key considerations for the role include:
  • Experience with Supply Chain Technology Products – Manhattan Preferred
  • In-depth operational knowledge of retail distribution operations
  • Strong facilitation, leadership, and coordination across technology, capability, and operations teams
  • Strong data acumen
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to demonstrate creative thinking to overcome problems

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with other product managers, product designers, software engineers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative products and services that align with strategic priorities and achieve product-market fit.

  • An advanced understanding of Product Management
  • Advanced knowledge and application of human-centered design practices
  • Understanding of a product lifecycle and software development lifecycle
  • Ability to balance business objectives & customer needs
  • Success in defining a cohesive product vision, strategies, and roadmap
  • Ability to speak to and apply complex product concepts
  • Customer-centric view into developing great product experiences
  • Use of market data, customer needs, and innovative thinking
  • Intermediate understanding of Scrum and application in a Product Management role
  • Effective facilitation, relationship building, and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders
  • Agility to move between product domains or portfolios as business needs arise
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious attitude and desire to learn
  • Experience working with third-party vendors
