Position Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and result-driven sales leader who is passionate about developing and closing high-value partnerships with consumer brands! The ideal candidate will have significant experience selling to consumer brands and their agencies, as well as a demonstrated understanding of creating and executing high performance outbound sales campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of the consumer brands and digital marketing landscape, with a proven track record in driving revenue and building strong relationships with brands and their marketing teams.

As a member of our partnerships sales team, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive and goal-driven responsibilities. You will help grow our consumer brands vertical by building and overseeing relationships with new partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and outbound prospecting. Creative problem-solving skills, determination, and tenacity are all key.     ​Responsibilities
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to presenting to close for new high-value brand partnerships.
  • Client Prospecting and Engagement: Identify and engage with potential decision-makers through cold and warm outreach, focusing on consumer brands and their agencies.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong consultative relationships that result in long-term value and expansion opportunities with decision-makers at brands and agencies.
    ​Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with a significant portion focused on selling to consumer brands and their agencies. Proven ability to sell complex SaaS solutions with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the brands landscape, with agency experience including key players and market dynamics. Deep understanding of the marketing, loyalty, or customer experience tech landscape.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of closing high-value deals.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Relationship-based selling (not classically trained sales).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, with a focus on long-term growth and client satisfaction.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
