School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Full Time | Bellevue, NE
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a collaborative and welcoming school team in Bellevue, Nebraska for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting elementary-aged students.
- Position Overview:
- Start Date: August 4, 2025
- End Date: May 21, 2026
- Schedule: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
- Location: 1–2 elementary school sites in the Bellevue Public Schools system
- Caseload: Approximately 40–60 students
- Openings: 1
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement IEP-aligned goals using evidence-based speech-language strategies
- Collect and document data on student progress
- Assist with materials preparation and activity planning
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service staff to support student outcomes
- Qualifications:
- Active Nebraska SLPA License (or in-process with documentation)
- Prior experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and travel between school sites if needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
