We’re looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate individual to join our scheduling and on-call team. This role involves being in the office 2–3 days per week and participating in a shared rotation of evening and weekend on-call coverage.

    What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate care coverage and scheduling adjustments
  • Respond to client and caregiver concerns
  • Use our software to track communication and updates
  • Answer after-hours calls and address urgent or time-sensitive care and staffing needs
  • Support a team that’s dedicated to caring for others

  • Strong communicator with a calm, professional phone manner
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and quick-thinking
  • Prior caregiving experience is preferred
  • Availability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule that includes evenings and weekends
