We're searching for a forward-thinking operations strategist to architect our AI-powered operational ecosystem. As the driving force behind our operational excellence, you'll leverage state-of-the-art AI technologies to build a replicable, efficient campus model that sets new standards in educational delivery.
Your expertise will shape how we deploy artificial intelligence across our operations—from optimizing daily campus functions to enhancing our long-term scalability. You'll also spearhead the physical manifestation of our vision by managing campus development projects, ensuring they launch on schedule and within financial parameters.
- What You Will Be Doing
- Pioneer AI-enhanced operational systems that drive daily efficiency and continuous improvement
- Architect and evolve our scalable campus blueprint using cutting-edge AI applications
- Manage the complete lifecycle of new campus development from conceptualization to operational readiness

- Design and execute a comprehensive AI-powered operational infrastructure that leverages predictive analytics and real-time monitoring capabilities to ensure consistent excellence, efficient resource utilization, and seamless scalability across our growing network of educational campuses
- Basic Requirements
- Current residence in North America
- Minimum 5-year track record in operational leadership or management
- Demonstrated success implementing and optimizing AI and automation solutions in real-world contexts
- Ability to commit to domestic travel (10-40%) to facilitate new campus launches and operational integration

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
