- Author course materials (reading lessons, slide decks, hands-on guides).
- Design assessments (quizzes, challenge labs, mock exams).
- Record video lessons or demos.
- Advise on curriculum structure and learning objectives.
- Provide peer review to ensure technical accuracy and instructional quality.
- Produce clear, well-structured content aligned with certification standards or industry best practices.
- Break down complex topics into approachable learning steps with real-world examples.
- Iterate on materials based on learner analytics and feedback.
- Collaborate asynchronously with Manara team members, designers, and fellow SMEs to deliver polished LPs on schedule.
- Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one relevant domain (professional experience, certifications, or published work).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles, technical writing, or prior teaching experience (formal or informal).
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring diverse learners.
