High School Paraprofessional Significant/Severe Caseload | Littleton, CO | Full-Time, Onsite
Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with the Littleton, CO school district to fill a High School Paraprofessional role for the upcoming school year. This is a 36-hour/week, full-time, onsite position supporting students with significant/severe needs. The contract runs through May 22, 2026 with potential for renewal based on performance and district needs.
- Position Details:
- Support students with significant/severe disabilities in both academic and non-academic settings
- Assist teachers with classroom management, instructional support, and behavioral strategies
- Provide one-on-one or small group support as assigned
- Support students with daily living skills as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Position Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in schools
- Significant/Severe Caseload experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must meet Colorado state paraprofessional qualifications (passing ParaPro assessment OR 48 college credit hours OR associate degree)
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to provide professional references

- Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $20–$25/hour, dependent on experience
