Position Summary:
Under the direction of the ClearCaptions PMO, this important role will support executive sponsors, business owners, and product managers in the delivery of products, solutions, and services that will help achieve our key organizational goals and objectives.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to phase gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full project delivery life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.
This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to a Strategic Program Manager.
- What you will do:
- Typical project management responsibilities, including project leadership, detailed project planning, management of project schedules and resources, project communications, and project financials.
- Partner with Product Managers and Business Owners to support new product and service deployments, using the appropriate project delivery methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Partner with department leads and SMEs to identify change impacts and lead operational readiness efforts to help ensure successful implementation and adoption of the new service, system, process, or product.
- Partner with Technical leads and other I.T. teammates to ensure awareness and execution of a comprehensive and integrated project schedule.
- Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.
- Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Participate in establishing methodology, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
- Provide status reporting for project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across multiple levels of leadership and team.
- Experience working with outsourcing partners, including demonstrated experience with managing complex outsourcing engagements and ensuring conformance with budgets, schedules, and requirements.

- Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related business degree and / or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management and/or delivery roles, with an emphasis on technology, application development, and product delivery.
- Excellent facilitation and elicitation skills, with the ability to lead discussions and build consensus across cross-functional teams, including business partners and technical resources.
- Willingness and experience operating in an agile and dynamic environment. Agile Training / Certification
- PMI Certification is preferred.
- Telecommunications industry & Compliance experience.
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst / Business Systems
- Analyst, including requirements elicitation and analysis, enterprise analysis, solution assessment, and user acceptance testing.
- Competency with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and travel (up to 10%); will include some overnight travel.
- Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams)

- Sitting, standing, and walking (95-100%)
- Keyboarding (40-60%)
- Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone screen requiring close vision (95-100%)
Work Environment:
100% Remote: Work environment is at home.
Compensation:
$114,000 - $125,000/yr prospectively plus 5% bonus determined by competitive market analysis and internal equity considerations. Final compensation will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and business needs.
