What You'll Do
- As a Phone Operator at AnswerHero, you’ll be the first voice our clients’ customers hear — and a vital part of their business experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Gathering accurate information and taking clear, concise messages
- Scheduling appointments and providing general client support
- Following client-specific call-handling instructions and protocols
- Ensuring each caller has a helpful, courteous, and efficient experience What does it take to be a part of the #HeroSquad?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong soft skills — empathy, active listening, and professionalism
- Attention to detail and strong organizational habits
