Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Remote School Psychologist licensed in the state of Ohio to join our virtual team. The ideal candidate will have experience in school-based psychological services and a passion for supporting students through a virtual setting.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct virtual psychoeducational assessments for students in grades K–12
  • Interpret data and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports in compliance with Ohio and federal guidelines (IDEA, Section 504)
  • Participate in virtual IEP, 504, and other student support team meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies and interventions
  • Provide virtual counseling or mental health support as needed (individual or group)
  • Maintain timely documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards in school psychology
  • Provide consultative services to school teams regarding behavior management, academic supports, and progress monitoring
    Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from a NASP-accredited program
  • Valid Ohio Department of Education (ODE) School Psychologist License
  • Experience with virtual assessment platforms (e.g., Q-interactive, Pearson Q-global, Riverside Insights)
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of Ohio special education laws and procedures
  • Must have a secure, reliable internet connection and a private, professional work setting
  • Prior teletherapy or virtual service experience preferred, but not required
