What You Will Be Doing

• Spearhead an ambitious expansion campaign across 25-30 locations, orchestrating simultaneous build-outs with masterful precision
• Chart the course through complex construction timelines, crushing obstacles across multiple jurisdictions
• Build and nurture a network of top-tier vendors, ensuring excellence at every turn
• Synchronize efforts across permitting, real estate, legal, and ops teams to ensure flawless launches
• Engineer a scalable, repeatable construction process that evolves with each new site
• Design and implement maintenance strategies that ensure long-term facility excellence

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
