Position Summary

We’re hiring an Brand Growth Coordinator to support our Southeast Territory (Carolinas, Georgia, and Florida). This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a marketing mindset, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow in sales, branding, or customer engagement.

In this hybrid role, you’ll help identify project opportunities, assist our sales team, and provide top-tier service to professionals shaping the built environment. You’ll be the connective force between prospects, clients, and our internal teams.

    Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer and prospect inquiries via phone, email, and website
  • Support territory sales representatives with quotes, orders, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ERP systems
  • Assist in identifying project leads and generating new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, shipping, accounting) to ensure smooth execution
  • Represent our brand values and provide meaningful, solutions-oriented support
