Required Education:• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.Preferred Education:• MBA preferred.Required Experience/skills:• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in retail travel, preferably in the beauty or personal care sector.• Proven track record in international business development, strategic account management, and commercial negotiations• Strong experience in P&L ownership and strategic account management.• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.• 50% travelResponsibilities:• Strategy and execution for our professional hair care brands to expand presence across airport, cruise, and border duty-free and travel retail channels.• The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in travel retail, international business development, and cross border commerce, with a proven track record in driving growth and operational excellence.• Travel retail strategy, develop compelling business case incl GTM and marketing strategy.• Drive commercial growth through strong partnerships, retail space planning, and high impact promotions.• Manage key accounts including duty-free operators, distributors, and airport authorities.• Budgeting, forecasting, and ROI driven decision making in partnership with VP.• Ensure brand excellence across assortments, messaging, and execution in all travel retail channels.• Leverage market insights from beauty, hair care, and global travel retail trends to guide strategy.• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and regulatory to deliver seamless operations.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**
