Google Ads & Social Media Marketer for Pediatric Dental Office (Part-Time with Growth Potential)

We are a growing pediatric dental practice based in Washington, DC, looking for a skilled and reliable digital marketing specialist to manage our Google Ads and social media marketing efforts. We want to start small — 8 to 12 hours per week — and scale up based on performance and ROI.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing Google Ads (Search & Display) campaigns with a focus on ROI
Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, and possibly TikTok or YouTube marketing
Ability to design and execute effective ad creatives and campaigns for a family-focused audience
Strong analytics skills — you should be comfortable with tracking, reporting, and optimizing based on performance data
Familiarity with local service marketing and understanding of how to attract parents of young children
Responsibilities:
Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Plan and manage weekly/monthly social media ad campaigns
Suggest and create creative assets (images, captions, ad copy) aligned with our brand
Target and retarget ideal customer profiles (parents, caregivers)
Provide performance reports and improvement strategies
Recommend landing page tweaks (we can provide design support if needed)
Ideal Candidate:
Has worked with dental, healthcare, or local service businesses
Understands HIPAA-related marketing do's and don’ts
Can work independently, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines
Interested in building a long-term relationship with a business that values your input and rewards results
