Role Description
- The Construction Services Analyst role will support all Inspire franchisee new and remodel store development projects. The role will provide Furniture, Fixture and Equipment Project management services support to team program leads and will report to the Sr. Manager of Construction Services. An ideal candidate would sit in close proximity to the Inspire Brands Boston Support Center with potential for remote eligibility.
- Identify relevant data sources to gather required data for reporting structures to support Inspire Brands growth goals.
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to analyze data received and inputted.
- Identify errors and make corrections as needed.
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends and patterns in the data.
- Collaborate with the Senior team to understand key metrics for forecasting and inventory planning needs.
- Assist in crafting detailed and clear communications for internal and external partners regarding equipment availability, scheduling, specifications, and lead times.
- Continuously assess and analyze existing reporting and tracking processes for inefficiencies.
- Provide direction, guidance, and tracking support to franchisees, field executives, architects, and general contractors on the FF&E procurement process and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to address questions or challenges during the FF&E procurement process.
- Serve as a resource to new hire(s) to help maintain high levels of project support.
- Assist Sr. team members in setting up & maintaining project files.
- Other duties as assigned by Construction Services Sr. Manager.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Requirements
- Prior experience with a restaurant or retail chain in a construction administrative support role preferred.
- Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, as well as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint required.
- Able to manage multiple projects, tasks & deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Effective prioritizing & time management skills.
- Strong communication skills & able to operate collaboratively.
- High quality work produced with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Benefits
- Salaried $60,000 - $70,000.
