You'll be working across a range of products and teams to help drive innovative environmental solutions to market. The ideal candidate will not only drive the direction of our software suite via market analysis and stakeholder management, but will also participate in the day to day development cycle in a Product Owner capacity. As a key member of the Software Engineering team, this role will be responsible for a broad range of activities including: Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation, user requirements definition and design through to delivery of solutions via cross functional collaboration across multiple products. Own the Product Road Maps for next 2 to 4 years of Product Development for multiple software products Work with internal and external stakeholders to define the needs and capabilities of both our LDAR and Real-Time Telemetry Platforms Analyze and report on industry intelligence, competitive activity, SaaS models, and technology trends, including OGI, M21, AWP and OGMP. Develop Technical TrainingCertification Programs consisting of online videos and quizzes. Prioritize Product Backlogs and refine incoming requests to help the Development team focus on the most important development features. Execute primary and secondary research with both LDAR and Real-Time Telemetry Software Providers to gain actionable insights for the platform strategy (ex: qualitative research, focus groups, advisory boards, conferences, and strategic partners) Advocate for voice of the customer within the organization through various stages of product definition, prototyping, development, and user testing working providing clear direction to the product steering group Turn customer insights into product user requirements and validation criteria, then collaborate with software development on successful implementation into the product offering Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop well-defined user requirements and use cases for the technology platform Creation of storytelling and value proposition for all products and technologies Refine and measure platform success metrics (customer acquisition, retention, churn, revenue per account, etc) to quantify market impact of new products and enhancements Prioritize and execute on multiple initiatives, steering the cross functional teams Maintain and foster a collaborative environment that highlights business priorities, removing roadblocks, and sharing unique and creative solutions Necessary Qualifications To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. Required Skills/Qualifications: 15-20 years of professional experience as either a Product Manager or Product Owner Demonstrable portfolio of applications Ability to operate independently and cross-functionally Ability to effectively communicate and present ideas and concepts with all levels of personnel Strong problem-solving skills Strong organizational and prioritization skills Demonstrated critical attention to detail and deadlines and are self-motivated Ability to adapt well to changes in direction and priorities in a project Ability to multi-task Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience is preferred Experience working in a start-up environment The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
