What you`ll be doing:
Act as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional senior leadership.
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, research, sizing, alignment, delivery, optimization.Define and track KPIs to optimize conversion funnels, user journeys, and post-redemption satisfaction, turning insights into action and iteration.
Shape the product experience: from how users discover and redeem rewards, to how features are prioritized, launched, and refined.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers and Designers, working cross-functionally across Engineering, Marketplace Operations, Support, and GTM teams to deliver differentiating customer-centric solutions. Develop and inspire excellence through coaching and regular feedback.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
