We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Monetization team. This team plays a crucial role in expanding and retaining Veo’s customer base by crafting scalable, data-driven experiences that help users discover, adopt, and engage with our products. You’ll guide efforts across backend and frontend systems to optimize how users evaluate, purchase, and renew their access to Veo’s technology, ensuring our mission of bringing sports tech to all becomes a reality.
At Veo, we see this as full-stack discipline grounded in experimentation, product intuition, and strong technical fundamentals. The team works with a modern, pragmatic stack: Python, TypeScript, and Rust on the backend, and TypeScript with React on the frontend.
We’re looking for a player-coach: someone who leads by example, has proven engineering management experience, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Curiosity, a growth mindset, and eagerness to learn new tech are essential.
You’ll play a key role in advancing the entire user journey - from onboarding to purchase - while continuously improving how we connect with and support customers.
