Events Coordinator - For PC candidates only
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including conferences, product launches, investor meetings, and community outreach activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define event objectives and requirements, ensuring alignment with Fuse’s mission and brand.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, catering, technical support, and on-site coordination.
Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and adherence to financial guidelines.
Develop event timelines, schedules, and staffing plans to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate event marketing and promotional activities in partnership with the communications team to maximize attendance and engagement.
Gather feedback and analyze event outcomes to drive continuous improvement for future events.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor management and team collaboration.
Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts.
Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment6.
