Growth Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Manager to take the lead on upselling our Voice AI platform to our growing customer base of 1,600+ businesses. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Customer Success team to identify, pursue, and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
You’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine — combining customer insight, product knowledge, and sales strategy to drive adoption of our most transformative technology. You’ll own pipeline generation, sales execution, and forecasting for Voice AI expansion across our install base.
This is a highly cross-functional role that touches product, sales, customer success, and marketing. We’re looking for someone who’s entrepreneurial, consultative, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What You’ll DoOwn the Voice AI expansion pipeline across Hatch’s install base of 1,600+ customers.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify qualified expansion opportunities based on usage data, engagement signals, and account health.
Lead Voice AI sales cycles — from discovery and demo to proposal and close.
Build business cases and ROI models to demonstrate the value of Voice AI for specific customer workflows.
Run Voice AI-specific campaigns and cadences to drive awareness and interest across the base.
Partner with Marketing to refine messaging and competitive positioning.
Maintain accurate expansion forecasting and pipeline tracking in HubSpot.
Share customer feedback and blockers with Product and Engineering to improve adoption.
Influence our overall Voice AI go-to-market strategy.
3–6 years of experience in a quota-carrying Growth, Expansion, or Account Executive role at a B2B SaaS company.
Experience selling to existing customers, ideally in mid-market or SMB environments.
Consultative selling skills — you can uncover pain, tailor solutions, and build trust with operators and executives alike.
Data-savvy — comfortable using customer data to build a compelling story.
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
A collaborative team player who thrives on shared success.
Experience in AI, automation, or voice technologies.
Background in customer engagement, marketing tech, or sales enablement platforms.
Familiarity working closely with Customer Success or in post-sales expansion roles.
Prior startup or high-growth SaaS experience (Seed–Series B stage).
