*Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Recruiter to manage world class talent for our growing business. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be joining a small, tight-knit team, and manage a variety of roles across GTM, G&A, Legal, Supply Chain & Manufacturing. You will own the entire recruiting process, from managing internal clients, qualifying job requirements, sourcing, recruiting and closing exceptional candidates. You should view this role as an orchestrator and shepherd for candidates, hiring teams, and leaders.
What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end recruiting process for our growing business, with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and an exceptional candidate experience
Screen resumes, source candidates, and evaluate potential fit for Lambda
Collaborate with fellow recruiters and hiring managers to continuously drive effective sourcing strategies; group sourcing meetings, referral programs, sourcing research, market mapping, etc.
Facilitate interviews and guide the hiring decision-making processes with interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadership
Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve hiring quality and efficiency
Maintain key recruiting performance metrics for the organizations that you support
Continuously explore new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process
You
Have at least 5-8 years of recruiting experience, including a proven track record of cultivating relationships with and hiring highly competitive talent
Strong strategic thinker with excellent operational execution
Are able to effectively evaluate candidates for both behavioral fit and functional competencies
Have an interest in emerging technologies and an aptitude for learning new industries
Are proficient in sourcing on platforms; LinkedIn, angellist, github, as well as other techniques
Have experience utilizing an applicant tracking system to create metrics and manage candidate pipelines
Have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
Experience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry
Experience recruiting for cloud business or developer tools
Experience with Ashby
Expertise with GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the annual salary range for this position is $145,000 - $200,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
