Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant ad networks.
Develop and test new ad creatives (images, videos, copy) to continuously improve performance.
Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
Research and manage keyword strategy for paid search campaigns.
Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, PostHog, or other analytics tools to identify trends and actionable insights.
Collaborate with design, content, and growth teams to ensure ad creative and landing pages align with brand messaging.
Optimize ad spend budgets to maximize ROI and scale high-performing campaigns.
Who You Are
5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing.
Proven expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok Ads.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or other performance-tracking tools.
Familiarity with UTM tracking, attribution modeling, and audience segmentation.
Ability to create and test ad creatives, including ad copy, images, and video formats.
Strong understanding of funnel optimization and customer acquisition strategies.
Experience managing and optimizing six-figure+ ad budgets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
