How We Work

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll have ownership over hiring for our Commercial and Customer Experience teams (and other non-tech roles) for the US, LATAM and APAC region, managing high-volume roles while also shaping broader talent initiatives like employer branding and process optimization.

We aim to work closely with hiring managers as trusted advisors, using data to inform hiring decisions and continuously improve outcomes. EEveryone on the team is empowered to identify bottlenecks, optimize tools and workflows (especially in our ATS, Ashby), and help evolve our hiring playbook as we grow.

We move fast, stay collaborative, and focus on delivering a high-quality, human candidate experience. We’re also tech-savvy: we believe in using smart tools and automation to make our work more efficient and elevate every touchpoint of the candidate journey. While we each own our pipelines and projects, we share knowledge freely and support each other through the ups and downs of scaling WeTravel.

Why You Should or Shouldn’t Apply

You should apply if you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, especially for Commercial (GTM), Customer Experience, or other non-tech roles.

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish at a native level.

  • Thrive in high-volume recruiting environments and enjoy balancing execution with process improvement.

  • Are comfortable running end-to-end recruitment processes while also collaborating on broader initiatives like employer branding.

  • Have strong stakeholder management skills and can confidently advise hiring teams and leaders.

  • Are hands-on, data-driven, and excited by the challenge of building scalable systems.

  • Are tech-savvy and enjoy optimizing recruitment tools and workflows (e.g. ATS, scheduling, sourcing) to improve both efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Enjoy working in fast-paced, remote-first environments where priorities shift and impact is visible.

You might not be the right fit if you:

  • Need rigid structures or constant supervision to stay on track.

  • Are uncomfortable with high-volume hiring or engaging proactively with passive candidates.

  • Don’t feel confident navigating ambiguity or influencing stakeholders across different departments.

On a Weekly Basis You Will Find Yourself
  • Running full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level Commercial and Customer Experience roles.

  • Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring plans, and ensure structured interview processes.

  • Sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.

  • Leading hiring calibration and debrief meetings, and advising on offer strategy.

  • Creating and iterating hiring best practices, interview guides, and training materials.

  • Collaborating with Marketing on employer branding content and initiatives.

  • Using Ashby (our ATS system) to track pipeline metrics and provide insights via dashboards and reporting.

  • Continuously improving how we use tools and automation to make hiring more efficient and candidate-friendly.

Staying plugged into market trends to refine sourcing strategies and talent messaging.
