As an Expense Management Account Executive at Finally, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients. This closing role will involve collaborating with SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) who will prospect on your behalf, as well as conducting independent prospecting. Your primary responsibility is to engage with prospective clients, understand their specific needs, and guide them through the sales process to secure successful closures.
Responsibilities1) Collaborative Prospecting:
● Work closely with SDRs to leverage pre-qualified leads generated through outbound efforts.
● Conduct independent prospecting to identify additional opportunities and expand the client base.
2) Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
● Develop a deep understanding of our expense management products and their benefits.
● Effectively present product demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of each prospect.
3) Sales Cycle Management:
● Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
● Utilize consultative selling techniques to address client pain points and position our solutions as the ideal choice.
4) Relationship Building:
● Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and goals.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation.
5) Quota Achievement:
● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.
6) Market Intelligence:
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
● Use market intelligence to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications1) Experience:
● Proven track record in a closing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sales.
● Experience in selling expense management or related financial solutions is a significant plus.
2) Communication Skills:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
3) Sales Acumen:
● Strong negotiation and closing skills.
● Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals efficiently.
