Now we’re expanding our team of Crochet Pattern Writers to help us create original and exciting patterns of all levels that people actually want to make.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for talented Crochet Pattern Designers to create fun, aesthetic, and easy-to-follow patterns for small to medium-sized projects. These should be practical, giftable, and achievable in a few cozy sessions — not overwhelming, but definitely not boring.
We are looking for designers who can create patterns for all skill levels:
✅ Beginner Crocheters – for those just picking up a hook
✅ Intermediate Crocheters – for crafters ready to level up
✅ Advanced Crocheters – for those who love a good challenge
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design original crochet projects for our monthly boxes (home décor, accessories, cute makes – no full garments)
Write crystal-clear, friendly instructions for all three skill levels
Include all key details: yarn weight/type, hook size, gauge, techniques, stitch abbreviations, and finishing instructions
Take detailed photographs of steps that knitters can use as visual guides as they work through their projects
Ensure your pattern is typo-free, easy to follow, and formatted cleanly
Collaborate with our team on edits, testing, or adjustments if needed
Meet deadlines without reminders — we trust you to deliver
WHO YOU ARE
You’ve created crochet patterns before — or know you’re ready to
You explain things simply and clearly without overcomplicating
You can take well lit, high-resolution, clearly detailed photographs for each key step in the patterns you create
You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work
Bonus if you have basic formatting or diagram skills (but not a must)
COMPENSATION
Freelance / per-pattern
Pay depends on complexity and experience

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
❕This role is 100% remote.
At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
For full-time roles, we expect hires to be available during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
This requirement does not apply to part-time roles.
