Job Purpose & Summary

Atlas is a fast-growing fintech company redefining luxury lifestyle access for our members. We’re seeking an experienced, service-driven professional to join our Travel & Lifestyle Member Services team. This role centers on delivering premium, concierge-style support for complex and high-value travel and lifestyle requests — including flights, hotels, villas, private charters, sporting events, concerts, and more.

This is an ideal opportunity for a former luxury travel advisor, concierge agent, or lifestyle manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about curating unforgettable experiences for discerning clientele. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring members receive white-glove support and seamless execution across every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end travel and lifestyle requests, including researching, booking, and coordinating:

    • Commercial and private flights

    • Luxury hotels, resorts, and villas

    • Event access, and entertainment

    • Ground transportation

  • Provide timely, high-touch support to members via chat delivering thoughtful and personalized service

  • Maintain deep familiarity with internal platforms and third-party tools to ensure efficient and accurate booking execution

  • Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing Atlas’s premium positioning through every interaction

  • Identify trends and escalate member feedback to improve service offerings and internal processes

  • Collaborate closely with our concierge partners, vendor networks, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and handoffs

  • Contribute to the development of SOPs, macros, and knowledge base articles for travel & lifestyle workflows

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 1-5 years of experience in luxury travel planning, concierge services, or lifestyle management

  • Proven expertise in managing complex travel itineraries and high-end client preferences

  • Deep knowledge of global destinations, luxury hospitality, aviation, and event access

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability

  • Operationally sharp — able to work across tools, troubleshoot logistics, and manage multiple priorities at once

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with GDS platforms like Sabre, Amadeus, or Apollo

  • Experience using Zendesk, CRM tools, or internal ticketing systems

  • Personal or professional familiarity with boutique and luxury hotel brands (Aman, Six Senses, Belmond, etc.)

Benefits & Perks
  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Comprehensive health insurance

  • 401(k) plan

  • Unlimited PTO
