As a
Manufacturing Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the successful assembly, integration, and testing (AIT) of satellites. You will define, develop, and implement efficient and reliable manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth satellite production from component-level integration to final system testing. You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and test engineers to drive improvements in process efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.About This Role:
AIT Process Development: Define and document the complete AIT flow for satellite manufacturing, including assembly sequences, integration procedures, and test protocols.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with mechanical engineers to ensure design for manufacturability and ease of assembly.
Facility Setup and Equipment Selection: Assist in the planning and setup of the satellite manufacturing facility, including cleanroom layout and equipment selection.
Process Optimization and Troubleshooting: Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and internal quality procedures.
