Lone Wolf is looking for an experienced and passionate Project Control Analyst to gather, transform and collaborate around multiple data points and help in building out a repeatable project reporting and procurement process. Reporting to the Product Operations Manager, the successful candidate will need to possess solid analytical and technical capability, as well as the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization across multiple business units. They will be responsible for working with our Product, Software Engineering/Development, and Finance teams to gather inputs from data sources, perform reconciliation and provide key analysis and insights of expenses and business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Internship supporting product operations to generate regular reports to show early warnings on schedule and financial risk. Research and analyze data to aid the overall goals of the group(s) by tracking the budget as well as forecasting financial needs.
  • Monitoring and reporting outcome data, tracking compliance to corporate and legal regulations.
  • Compile information for internal and external data audits, as required as well as ad hoc data analysis for Product Family leaders and CIO.
  • Collaborate with finance and technology teams regarding review and approval of incoming invoices and investigate variances and submit variance reports to management.
  • Assist with review of IT proposals (competitive quotes aligned to system designs and purchase agreements). Perform operational and financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and forecast analysis.
  • Facilitate getting contracts signed; and invoices and purchase orders generated.
  • Continually seek opportunities to reduce costs, consolidate vendors and software products, as well as automate manual data collection and processing activities.
