Lead Generation Representative
Hi! I’m Fritzi, Manager for Lead Generation here at WeTravel—and I’m currently based in the Philippines ! I started my journey at WeTravel in a similar role, so I know firsthand how important lead generation is to our sales success. I'm now building team of curious, detail-oriented people who enjoy research, organization, and the behind-the-scenes work that powers a great sales engine.
If you're someone who loves diving into data, spotting patterns, and working independently (but with plenty of support!), I’d love to work with you. Plus, you’ll be joining a friendly and mission-driven remote team that spans the globe—and truly values what you bring to the table.
How We WorkOur Lead Gen team is collaborative, fast-moving, and metrics-driven. You’ll work closely with our Lead Gen Team Lead and Sales Ops Manager to grow and refine the database of potential clients in our CRM. We’ll provide clear monthly targets, ongoing guidance, and access to the tools you need to identify and qualify high-potential tour operators and travel businesses. You’ll use platforms like HubSpot, spreadsheets, and market research techniques to make sure our sales team has a healthy stream of warm, well-targeted leads.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining data analysis, research, and a bit of detective work—all within a supportive and remote-first environment.

Are fluent in English and have strong written communication skills.
Have solid technical skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
Are detail-oriented and accurate when handling large amounts of data.
Have experience with CRMs like HubSpot or similar platforms.

Are self-motivated and enjoy working independently with clear goals.
Have strong time management and organizational skills.

Have little interest in tech or travel industry dynamics.
On a Weekly Basis You Will Find Yourself
Identifying and adding new potential companies into our CRM based on target customer profiles.
Cleaning and enhancing existing CRM data to ensure accuracy.
Working closely with the Lead Gen Team Lead and Sales Ops Manager to refine lead criteria.
Using Excel/Google Sheets to analyze and manage data.
Supporting the outbound sales team by delivering high-quality lead lists.
Meeting monthly lead generation targets with speed and precision.
