At Almedia, Europe's fastest-growing UA platform, we're seeking a passionate Product Manager, Live Operations to take pivotal ownership over Freecash, driving significant impact on our monetization, engagement, and retention strategies for mobile gaming clients and beyond. This role is at the heart of our platform's ongoing success, focusing on maximizing key metrics through dynamic in-app events and features.
What You’ll DoStrategize & Own Live Ops: Develop, plan, execute, and continuously optimize our Live Operations strategy, designing compelling in-app events, promotions, and engagement features to deliver superior results.
Full Lifecycle & Data-Driven Insights: Own the entire product lifecycle for Live Ops initiatives, from ideation to launch and iteration, leveraging advanced data tools like Amplitude, Hex, and Looker to inform every decision.
Discover & Drive Opportunities: Proactively identify key product opportunities within the live environment by deeply understanding user behavior and business problems, then lead their execution from concept to completion within your R&D squad.
Impact & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Take increasing ownership and responsibility, influencing key business decisions and working seamlessly with engineers, designers, data, business, and growth teams to achieve shared goals.
Proven Live Ops Impact: A strong track record of delivering impactful Live Operations features and campaigns in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a clear bias for action and measurable results.
Domain Expertise & Data Acumen: Solid experience in B2B environments (ideally mobile gaming/advertising), a strong understanding of monetization/engagement mechanics, and a robust background in data analysis, including setting up and utilizing dashboards (e.g., in Amplitude).
Product Ownership & Execution: You embody complete end-to-end ownership—from strategy and initiatives to metrics and outcomes—with exceptional execution skills to deliver effectively from ideation through implementation.
Communication & Hypothesis-Driven: Excellent communication skills, coupled with a hypothesis-driven approach, enabling you to independently test ideas and collaborate effectively with development and data teams (Notion, Figma, Jira/Confluence experience is a plus).
You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, always seeking to innovate and optimize a live product to unlock new levels of engagement and revenue.
You are obsessed with data, using it not just for reporting, but as a compass for discovery, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
