- Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial customers via phone, email, fax, and internet.
- Address inquiries and complaints with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Promote the value of company products and services during every customer interaction.
- Issue orders, analyze accounts, and resolve billing issues efficiently.
- Negotiate payment options and deposits, and guide customers through various energy services.
- Conduct outbound calls as needed to follow up on service issues or account updates.
- Manage escalations with calm, solution-oriented communication.
- Use internal systems, software, and resources to research and resolve account issues.
- Recommend process or system improvements based on recurring issues or inefficiencies.
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer service or account support experience, ideally in a call center or technical support setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Basic math and analytical skills to interpret billing data.
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access and a professional home workspace.
