We are looking for an Escape Specialist to join our team! We need the right person to be the welcoming friendly face of our brand, to answer any and all questions, get customers excited about their upcoming trip and provide top-notch customer service. We also need this person to address and solve any customer issues that arise with urgency and professionalism./liliThe other key component of this role is overseeing the readiness of our campervans. This position ensures vans are cleaned, detailed and serviced up to company standards. This individual is responsible for ensuring proper functionality of all elements of the campervan fit out such as the sink, refrigerators, lights, stove, and other components to confirm campervans are road ready. This role is extremely hands-on – don’t expect to spend much time sitting behind a computer at a desk!/liliOur campervans are as much hotels on wheels as they are vehicles. They have bedding, kitchen tables, curtains, and lots of nooks and crannies which get exposed to the elements while on camping trips.
