Technical Quality Student
Support process improvement and documentation efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate technical records.
Your Role:
- Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting process improvement and documentation efforts by conducting data-driven research
- Developing and updating work instructions
- Collaborating on new process design with cross-functional teams
- Maintaining accurate documentation across internal systems and external stakeholders
- Verifying technical documentation of service procedures accuracy and building preliminary plans for onsite testing
- Conducting data-driven research to guide Global Part Return project investigations
- Updating and creating work instructions for new or existing processes
- Assisting with designing, building, and documenting new processes from the ground up with cross-functional teams
- Updating documentation for dealers, distributors, and other data fields within IT systems, as required
About You:
- To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- High school or college student status
- Basic to intermediate skills within Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to organize and present data clearly
- Initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
- Effective communication across audiences
- Accountability
- Confidence in navigating ambiguity and complexity
- Willingness to embrace continuous learning through experimentation
- Competencies in data reporting, action orientation, effective communication, accountability, managing ambiguity and complexity, and nimble learning
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Minimum salary: $18 per hour
- Maximum salary: $18.25 per hour
