Technical Quality Student

Support process improvement and documentation efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate technical records.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting process improvement and documentation efforts by conducting data-driven research
• Developing and updating work instructions
• Collaborating on new process design with cross-functional teams
• Maintaining accurate documentation across internal systems and external stakeholders
• Verifying technical documentation of service procedures accuracy and building preliminary plans for onsite testing
• Conducting data-driven research to guide Global Part Return project investigations
• Updating and creating work instructions for new or existing processes
• Assisting with designing, building, and documenting new processes from the ground up with cross-functional teams
• Updating documentation for dealers, distributors, and other data fields within IT systems, as required

About You:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following:
• High school or college student status
• Basic to intermediate skills within Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to organize and present data clearly
• Initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
• Effective communication across audiences
• Accountability
• Confidence in navigating ambiguity and complexity
• Willingness to embrace continuous learning through experimentation
• Competencies in data reporting, action orientation, effective communication, accountability, managing ambiguity and complexity, and nimble learning

Compensation & Benefits:
• Minimum salary: $18 per hour
• Maximum salary: $18.25 per hour
