- You Will Own:
- An 80+ case pre-litigation docket with systematic efficiency.
- Strategic demand packages that generate fast responses.
- Settlement negotiations that consistently meet or exceed valuation standards.
- Case triage decisions: settle now or escalate to the trial team.
- Monthly performance metrics that directly impact firm profitability.
- Must-Haves:
- JD and Minnesota/Illinois bar eligibility.
- 1-3 years experience (employment law preferred).
- Proven negotiation track record with measurable results.
- A systems-thinking mindset: you understand that process drives results.
- An unwavering focus on outcomes over activities.
