- Required Qualifications:
- Some experience as a business analyst, project management or in similar role.
- Outstanding customer facing, communication, and documentation skills.
- Preferred prior experience working on large scale programs using an Agile delivery methodology.
- Preferred experience working with technical software development teams.
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Psychology, Software Development, Marketing, Computer Science.
- Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain professional business relations with Government clients.
- Effectively interact with agile team members across the entire organization to meet clients needs.
- Conduct frequent meetings with legal counsel on the development of new technical functionality.
- Present demonstrations of newly built functionality to upper management as well as the internal users of the system.
- Travel to onsite locations to gather specific client requirements for new or enhanced functionality.
- Be the liaison between the development team and the government client.
- Assist with conducting analysis to determine the best path for solving business problems/opportunities, which may include process improvement, systems enhancement, or user training.
- Interact regularly with the various levels of customer management in supporting the development of system engineering and deployment efforts.
- Conduct reviews and analysis of organizational needs and goals and present recommendations.
- Assist with facilitating planning sessions with management.
- Evaluate and present information to enable effective and timely decision-making through written and oral communication materials, which effectively summarize findings with recommendations.
- Work with program leaders to identify business needs and prioritization.
