    We are looking for a dedicated Live Chat Agent to join Brush Stroke, a leading company in the Arts and Crafts industry. As a Live Chat Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing real-time assistance to our customers, ensuring their queries are promptly addressed and their concerns are resolved. This position is vital in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and fostering positive relationships with our clientele. You will be involved in engaging projects that focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform.Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information via live chat.
  • Assist customers in navigating the company's website and online store.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Offer product recommendations and assist with order placement.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Ensure customer interactions are handled with a high level of empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience.
    Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
