Manager, Operations Consulting – Customer Service, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, New York, NY. Help organizations improve their customer interface, service delivery, and middle and back-office operations. Work on product innovation and development, supply chain, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing operations, service operations, and capital asset programs to drive both growth and profitability. Use customer insights and market analytics to help clients make smarter decisions, integrate products and services, and optimize their customer operations to enable sustainable growth. Identify and address client needs. Supervise and coach professional teams.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $164,000 - $173,000/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, Accounting, Financial Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, Accounting, Financial Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

  • Leading product management efforts, overseeing product lifecycle from conception to delivery to meet business goals and market demands;
  • Maintaining JIRA RAID logs to track and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution;
  • Developing and managing project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and resource allocation to drive successful project execution and delivery; and
  • Creating comprehensive solution design documents detailing system architecture, data flows, and integration points for stakeholder review and implementation guidance.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
