Digital VA Technical Support Specialist (Live Chat / No Phone): Provide real-time assistance to users by resolving technical issues through live chat. Deliver clear, concise solutions while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. Efficiently manage multiple conversations, ensuring timely responses. Collaborate with team members to enhance support strategies. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and guide users through technical challenges. Stay updated on product knowledge to offer accurate information. Prioritize customer satisfaction and foster positive user experiences in a digital environment.
What you will be doing:Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length:No fixed term.
Rate:$35 per hour.
Skills/background needed:Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week:10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
